These hams are pre-cooked and are safe to eat cold if purchased and fridge stored within 4 days (our tests indicate so far that they will likely last longer though). They can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Place in a tray with either a little oil, or if concerned they might dry out about 1 cm of water and either the marinade supplied or a little vegan stock eg massel chicken stock and cook for 10-20 minutes in a preheated 160 degree or until heated through. Reheating in a microwave is also possible.
Marinade can also be used to add a great touch to gravy.
