An aged cashew cheese with a delicious crust made from a blend of spices with a tangy combination of fresh lemon and coconut nectar.

Ingredients:
High quality cashews, sesame, salt, non-dairy origin culture, a blend of spices (no chilli), fresh lemon, coconut nectar syrup.

*Please note: As our cheeses age they get smaller with firmer cheese texture. Therefore the size varies between 130g and 80g, but the average weight is 100g.
